GCDA Officers & Directors
Duties shall include attendance of all meetings of the membership & the Board of Directors, to sign the list of those attending, and to resign if adequate attendance cannot be maintained, as well as duties as outlined in GCDA?s Constitution and By-Laws. Positions count as 8 hours of volunteer time for the current upcoming show season and will qualify for Year End Awards. All Officers & Directors shall be Senior Members elected in September to serve for a term of one(1) year, or until their successors are elected and qualified. The term of office shall be from Nov 01 thru Oct 31 for all officers, except the Treasurer, who shall serve from Jan 01 thru Dec 31, to coincide with our fiscal year.
